All Bleu Allusion orders ship from our studio in Nairobi, Kenya. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before your order ships. Made-to-order items (clearly marked on product pages) require an additional 7–14 days of production time before shipping.

International orders: Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering. We are unable to mark packages as "gifts" to avoid customs fees.
Tracking: All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. US orders are trackable door-to-door. International tracking may have gaps between departure from Kenya and arrival at the destination country.

Receive Your Return Label
For US orders, we'll send a prepaid shipping label. For international returns, we'll provide detailed instructions and reimburse shipping up to $20 upon receipt.
Refund or Exchange Processed
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Exchanges ship within 3 business days.
30-Day Return Window
Unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached. Returned within 30 days of delivery date.
Final Sale Items
Made-to-order pieces, custom/bespoke items, sale items marked Final Sale, and items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration.
We Fix Our Mistakes
Contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos. We will replace or fully refund any item that arrives damaged or incorrect — at no cost to you, no questions asked.
Size & Style Exchanges
We're happy to exchange for a different size or color where available. Exchanges are processed at no additional shipping cost for US customers.
